We went to Florida for Christmas vacation this year. We rented an accessible house, and my sister, nephews and parents joined us. My aunt was supposed to join us, but she got stuck at home by the Colorado blizzard.

There was a wildlife preserve (a swamp) behind our house. Sandhill cranes came up on the grass outside our pool.

She wasn't the brightest of mermaids. Adrie wasn't very impressed when Ariel didn't understand that she has to use a wheelchair to get around. Adrie knows that since they don't have legs, mermaids must use wheelchairs.
