Carrie had a floor pass to Monday, Tuesday and Thursday nights at the DNC. Heather joined Carrie on Thursday at Invesco Field in Denver. August 28, 2008 was the 45th anniversary of Martin Luther King, Jr.'s "I have a dream speech." It was a historic night in so many ways. Heather waiting for light rail to go to Invesco to see Obama. It was a very long day. We left at 10:30 a.m. and returned home at 11:30 p.m.
Here we are in our first seats (well, actually our 3rd seats, as we moved and moved due to interpreter issues).
Tim and Amy joined us at our seats.
Heather and I in our last set of seats (aka celeb row)
